With Artemis missions, NASA will land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon, using innovative technologies to explore more of the lunar surface than ever before. NASA will collaborate with commercial and international partners and establish the first long-term presence on the Moon. Then, they will use what they learn on and around the Moon to take the next giant leap: sending the first astronauts to Mars. To commemorate this, Merrick Mint has released the 1st ever ARTEMIS NASA Space Program collectible currency.  This ARTEMIS NASA Space Program uncirculated $2 Bill is Genuine Authentic Legal Tender of the United States, which has been enhanced with beautiful colorized images. The Artemis Program is a human and robotic Moon exploration program led by NASA, as well as 20+ other government space agencies and private spaceflight companies, all bound together by the Artemis Accords. The Artemis Program is organized around a series of Space Launch System missions. These space missions will increase in complexity and are scheduled to occur at intervals of a year or more. The Artemis Program will reestablish a human presence on the Moon, with the long-term goals of discovery, inspiration, and to learn how to live on other planets for the benefit of all. Each $2 Bill is in FRESH, CRISP, UNCIRCULATED condition, and was directly removed from untouched wrapped Federal Reserve sealed packs. Former U.S. President Thomas Jefferson is featured on the obverse of the note, along with the special colorization overlay. The Signing of the Declaration of Independence by John Trumbull is featured on the reverse. It is the only U.S. Currency note that features two Presidents, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, and it is one of the most rarely seen BILLS in circulation and actual use.
